I’m Kimberly Mihalka, a fourth-generation Tucsonan and local REALTOR® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory. Through Welcome to Tucson Arizona, I help buyers, sellers, and people relocating to Tucson understand our housing market, neighborhoods, communities, and what it is really like to live here.
With approximately seven years of real estate experience and nearly four decades of firsthand Tucson knowledge, I serve clients throughout Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Dove Mountain, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, Tanque Verde, and surrounding Southern Arizona communities.

Tucson isn’t simply where I work, it’s my hometown and part of my family’s story. As a fourth-generation Tucsonan, I have watched the city grow and change while retaining the distinctive character that makes Southern Arizona special. My familiarity with Tucson comes from decades of living here, exploring its neighborhoods, supporting local businesses, and experiencing the community firsthand.

One of the first things I explain to people moving here is that “Tucson” can mean many very different places. The Catalina Foothills does not feel like Vail, Oro Valley offers a different experience from Midtown, and newer communities in Marana and Dove Mountain have different tradeoffs from Tucson’s established neighborhoods.

My husband, Brian, and I created Welcome to Tucson Arizona to help people see more than houses for sale. On our YouTube channel, we share honest videos about Tucson neighborhoods, local restaurants, attractions, history, new developments, the housing market, and the everyday realities of living in Southern Arizona.
The channel allows us to show people the Tucson we know—not simply describe it. Whether you are planning a move, comparing communities, or already live here and want to discover something new, our goal is to help you feel more informed and connected to this city, my hometown.
